MEDITATION (Spiritual Development)

This class will be based on guided meditation techniques enabling you to find that stillness, that peace, that awareness that is within each and every one of us. You will be guided into states of awareness where you will experience aspects of yourself, (past, present and future). Through meditation, we naturally develop our spiritual growth, our psychic abilities, our natural state of being. This class is available to all who seek stillness, direction, understanding, knowledge, wisdom, peace and harmony within their lives.
