About
Tracey |
Tracey is a spiritual medium, educator
and teacher. She is a motivational and inspirational
speaker, author and workshop facilitator. She has
mastered as a reiki master, shamanic practitioner, past
life regressionist, angel intuitive and spirit
communicator. Tracey has travelled throughout the world
learning from some of the masters of spiritual
awareness, (Doreen Virtue, Wayne Dyer, Gregg Braden, Eckhart Tolle,
Stephen Farmer, Ram Dass and many more). She is an
experienced teacher who shares her knowledge and wisdom
on esoteric teachings, spiritual awareness,
angel/goddess awakening, meditation and soul awakening.
Tracey's mission in this lifetime is to follow her
passion, dreams and beliefs in helping to bring light,
love, laughter and peace to all who seek direction and
answers within their life. As Tracey's awareness unfolds
and evolves, so will her teachings, workshops and
classes.

Spiritual Awareness & Growth |
Spiritual Awareness ~ to
be aware is to expand. To be spiritual is to be open to
all forms of knowledge. We are all spiritual aware. We
are all vibrating at the level of awareness that is
unique to our own individual journey. Remember, that we
are living on a planet that houses gravity, what goes
up, must come down. What we give out, must come back. If
you are true to yourself, then you are fulfilling your
destiny. Challenges are a means to expanding our own
awareness. Each obstacle that crosses your path is only
a challenge presenting itself to you so that you may
grow and learn. Our thoughts create the very reality
that we live in. Honour your thoughts and give them the
credit that they deserve. They are a very powerful tool
that we have forgotten how to use. All thoughts carry a
vibration and like a ripple effect they carry themselves
through the air causing all sorts of havoc. Keep your
thoughts pure. Follow each negative thought with a
positive thought. Embrace your thoughts and gently guide
them to a more loving state. It is not hard, it is just
a challenge. Open your mind to all possibilities and
your awareness will expand quickly. All living beings
around you are your teachers. When you grasp this
concept, then you are giving yourself permission to
fully be in the ever expanding awareness of the
Universe.

Growth ~ Over
the average life span of a human being, we take on many
spurts of growth. Our physical body changes and grows,
our emotional body changes and grows, our mental body
changes and grows, and our spiritual body changes and
grows. They all experience growth, but in different
ways. Growth is not about physical changing shape.
Growth is about expanding a part of us that is
constantly changing whether we are aware of it or not.
The mind, conscious and subconscious, is always
constantly growing and expanding. What we knew as a
child is not the same that we know as an adult. What we
know today, will change and grow tomorrow. To spiritual
grow is a blessing and a part of our divine destiny. It
is our nature to grow and expand and yet we fight it
every chance we get. We stubbornly go against the flow
at times, feeling that our way is the only way. When we
get out of our own way, the Universe starts to flow its
natural rhythm and our lives start to move on their
natural course. We have all crossed over into another
state of awareness and it is our responsibility to
spiritual grow and fall into the rhythm of the Earth and
beyond.
